Hale of a Pasta started with a simple idea — Hale Barns deserves proper pasta. Not a chain. Not a jar of sauce. Real, fresh, handmade food made by people who genuinely care. We grew up here, we know this community, and we know what's missing.

Questions?

When do orders open?
Orders open every Saturday at 12pm and close every Thursday at 8pm, ready for Friday collection. We announce each week on Instagram and WhatsApp — follow us so you don't miss the drop.
Where do I collect my order?
Collection is off Hale Road, Hale Barns on Friday evenings between 4pm and 10pm. Stay in your car and text us on 07427 856753 with your name and registration when you arrive — we'll bring your order straight to you. Get directions →
Is your meat halal?
Yes — all our meat is sourced from certified halal suppliers. This means everyone can enjoy our food, whatever your dietary preference.
How do I pay?
Payment is by card, taken securely through Stripe at checkout. Your seat in a collection slot is only locked in once payment goes through — nothing is reserved before that.
Can I order for a group or event?
Absolutely — we love group orders. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss larger orders and we'll sort something out.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your collection slot are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your slot are non-refundable, as by that point ingredients have already been purchased and preparation has begun. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
What if I'm late for my collection slot?
Your pasta is cooked fresh for your specific slot. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your food has gone cold, and we can't guarantee a replacement or refund in this case — so please do your best to arrive on time.
Can Hale of a Pasta cancel my order?
In exceptional circumstances — such as a supplier issue, equipment failure, or illness — we reserve the right to cancel an order. If this happens, you'll receive a full refund automatically.
Do you cater for allergies?
Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, egg and nuts. All dishes are prepared in an environment where cross-contamination can occur, and we're unable to guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. Please order at your own discretion if you have an allergy or intolerance.
